Agreement

By creating an account or using DispatchLog at dispatchlog.net, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

DispatchLog is operated by Travis S. Lopez, an individual based in California. When these terms say "we", "us", or "our" they refer to Travis S. Lopez operating DispatchLog.

What DispatchLog Is

DispatchLog is a web application that automates dispatch tracking, pay calculation, hours logging, mileage tracking, and Google Calendar integration for construction trade workers dispatched through Joseph J. Albanese (JJA).

DispatchLog is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Joseph J. Albanese, any union, or any labor organization.

Your Account

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use DispatchLog. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

You must be at least 18 years old to use DispatchLog. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.

You may only create one account per person. Accounts are non-transferable.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use DispatchLog only for its intended purpose — tracking your own dispatches, pay, and hours as a construction trade worker.

You agree not to:

Subscriptions and Billing

DispatchLog requires a paid subscription after the free trial period ends. Subscription fees are billed through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate in effect at the time of your subscription.

Your free trial begins on the date you create your account. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the service.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Google Account Access
DispatchLog requests access to your Google Calendar solely to create and manage dispatch events in a dedicated DispatchLog calendar. We do not read, modify, or delete any of your existing calendar events.

You can revoke DispatchLog's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com. Revoking access will disable calendar integration but will not delete your DispatchLog account or dispatch history.

Your Data

You retain ownership of the dispatch and pay data you enter into DispatchLog. By using the service you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you.

We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy at dispatchlog.net/privacy for full details on how we handle your data.

You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

Disclaimer of Warranties

DispatchLog is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times, error-free, or that pay calculations will be accurate in all circumstances.

Pay calculations in DispatchLog are based on the rate and rule information you provide and are intended as an estimate only. Always verify your pay against your official union pay stubs and employer records. DispatchLog is not responsible for discrepancies between app calculations and actual pay received.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travis S. Lopez and DispatchLog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using DispatchLog at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the service or other users. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination except in cases of serious violations.

Upon termination, your access to the service will end. Your data will remain in our database and is not automatically deleted. Contact us at [email protected] to request deletion.
